Hi, I’m Reen Rose—a woman who spent years living a joy-filled life… until she didn’t.

When depression quietly crept into my world, it hit hard—and unexpectedly. I wasn’t prepared. I didn’t know how to ask for help. I didn’t even recognize what was happening at first. After all, I was the cheerful one. The strong one. The one who others came to for support.

But behind the smile, I was unraveling.

That experience cracked me open—but it also woke me up.

It led me to explore the science of happiness, dive deep into positive psychology, and uncover how our brains are wired (and rewired) by the smallest shifts. And from those dark days, something hopeful—and powerful—began to grow.
